Ingredients:
1 large beef roast; 1 pkg. onion gravy mix; 1 C. water in bottom of pan; 3 medium sweet potatoes, sliced; 6 small white potatoes (redskin)
Preparation:
In small roast pan, sprinkle tenderizer over meat, then sprinkle gravy mix. Bake 2 hours at 325 degrees. Add potatoes. Cover again, bake 1 hour more. Serve with green veggie.
