Ingredients:
1 lb. ground round beef; 1 T. oil; 1 medium onion, diced; 1 small bell pepper, chopped; one 16 oz. can stewed tomatoes; one 6 oz. can tomato paste; 1 tsp. salt; 1/2 tsp. oregano; 1/4 tsp garlic powder; 2 medium zucchini, sliced
Preparation:
In a large skillet, cook onion and pepper in oil until tender. Add meat and cook until meat is brown. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer about 1/2 hour. Serves 4.
