Sherried Pork Chops
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
6 to 8 pork chops; 1/4 stick butter; Salt and pepper to taste; 4 oz. sour cream; 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/2 C. sherry

Preparation:
Brown chops in butter; add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a foil lined shallow pan. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients and cover each chop with sauce. Seal foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
