Scalloped Potatoes with Ham or Pork Chops

Ingredients:
4 large redskin potatoes, sliced thin and raw; 1 large onion, thinly sliced; 4 pork chops or slices of ham; 1/2 stick butter, melted; 1/4 C. flour; 3 C. milk; 3 C. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 tsp. dry mustard; 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce; Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
In a 9x13" pan, layer potatoes, thinly sliced onions, then meat. In a bowl, combine butter, flour, milk, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and cheese. Pour over top and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 more minutes.
