Scallops and Linguini
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 box linguini; 1 lb. scallops; 1 stick butter; 6 oz. fresh mushrooms, sauteed; 1/2 tsp. minced garlic; 1 small pkg. soft cream cheese; 1 C. sour cream; 2 T. flour; 2 T. gin; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 tsp. chives (opt.); 1 tsp. parsley (opt.)

Preparation:
Make sauce first then cook linguini and saute scallops. In a saucepan, melt butter; add flour, garlic, cream cheese, sour cream in that order. Stir until smooth. Season to taste, add gin and mushrooms. Cook linguini, drain and toss with sauteed scallops and sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
