Ingredients:
1 duck; 2 to 3 C. sauerkraut; Salt and pepper; 1-1/2 C. orange juice
Preparation:
Stuff duck with sauerkraut. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour orange juice over the duck. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hour. Uncover and bake 20 more minutes or until brown. Discard stuffing.
