Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerator biscuits; 6 oz. sliced corned beef; one 8 oz. can sauerkraut, drained; 1/2 C. Thousand Island dressing; 2 C. shredded Swiss cheese (8 oz.)
Preparation:
In a deep-dish pie plate, arrange biscuits. Arrange corned beef (cut in 1/4" strips) evenly over biscuits. Mix sauerkraut and dressing and spoon over corned beef. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Serves 6.
