Ingredients:
1/4 C. chopped onions; 1 tomato, peeled and chopped; 1/2 tsp. curry powder; Dash salt; 1 T. butter; 1/2 C. milk; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 2 C. pork cubes, cooked; 1 C. sour cream
Preparation:
In a skillet, cook onion, tomato, curry and salt in the butter. Stir in milk and soup until smooth; add pork and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through. Do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles for 4 people.
