Ingredients:
6 thick pork chops; 4 T. brown sugar; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 3 whole cloves; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. mustard; 1/4 C. ketchup; 1 T. vinegar; 1 can mandarin oranges
Preparation:
In a skillet, brown chops on both sides in a little butter. Drain oranges (save juice). Measure 1/2 cup juice with remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 1 hour. Stir in oranges just before serving.
