Ingredients:
One 6 oz. box wild rice; 3 C. cooked, diced chicken; one 16 oz. can French style green beans; 1 medium onion, chopped; 1 can cream of celery soup; one 8 oz. can water chestnuts, drained and sliced; 1 C. mayonnaise; Salt and pepper to taste; 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Cook rice as directed. Mix all ingredients except cheese and pour into greased 9x13" pan. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
