Ingredients:
1/2 C. chopped onion; 2 T. butter; Dash garlic powder; 1 lb. ground beef; 2 T. flour; Salt and pepper; 1 C. sliced mushrooms; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 1 C. sour cream; Fresh parsley
Preparation:
Saute onion in butter. Add garlic powder and ground beef. Sprinkle with flour and salt and pepper. Add mushrooms and stir. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer for 10 minutes. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and top with parsley. Serve over rice or noodles.
