Flounder and Crab Bake
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
2 lbs. flounder fillets; 1 stick butter, cut into pieces; 1/4 C. dry white wine; Salt and pepper to taste; Juice of 1/2 lemon; 1/2 lb. lump crabmeat

Preparation:
Place all but crabmeat in a shallow glass baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add crabmeat and bake 5 to 7 minutes longer; baste with pan juices. Serves 4.
