Ingredients:
1-1/2 lb. ground beef; 1/2 lb. sausage (bulk) ; 1 egg; 1 small chopped onion; Salt and pepper to taste; Herb seasoning to taste; 1/2 C. bread crumbs; 1 C. ketchup
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and form into loaf. Place in baking dish. Spread some ketchup on top of meat loaf. Bake at 30 degrees for 1 hour.
