Ingredients:
4 redskin potatoes; 1 small onion; 1 lb. bratwurst; 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation:
In a 9x13" plan, slice 2 redskin potatoes (no need to peel); half of the onion and half bratwurst, half the soup. Repeat layers. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake covered 40 minutes; uncover and bake 15 more minutes to brown top.
