Ingredients:
2 lbs. short ribs of beef; 6 small potatoes (redskin); 2 small onion; 1 bell pepper; 2 stalks celery; 1 C. mushrooms; 1 C. carrots; 1 T. minced garlic; 1 can beef bouillon; 1 C. V-8 juice; Salt and pepper to taste; 1/4 C. flour; 1 C. chopped fresh tomatoes
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except mushrooms and place in crock pot. Start on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook 5 to 7 hours. Add the mushrooms 1 hour before serving.
