Ingredients:
2 lbs. beef cubes; 1 envelope Lipton onion soup; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 2 T. Worcestershire sauce; Sat and pepper to taste; 2 C. fresh mushrooms; 1/2 C. red wine
Preparation:
Brown meat. Combine all but mushrooms and pour over beef. Cook in crock pot on low 8 to 10 hours. Add mushrooms 30 minutes before serving. Add wine 20 minutes before serving.
