Ingredients:
3 C. chopped apples; 2 C. fresh washed cranberries; 1 C. sugar; 1 C. quick oats; 1/2 C. brown sugar; 1/2 C. pecans, chopped; 1/2 stick butter
Preparation:
Use a deep-dish pie plate and mix apples, cranberries and sugar. In a bowl, combine oatmeal, brown sugar and nuts; mix and put over fruit. Dot top with butter and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. (Check at 50 minutes, don't let it get dry.) Serves 12.
