Ingredients:
3 cups yellow mustard (I use french’s) 1 cup spicy brown mustard (french’s again) ½ cup brown sugar ¼ cup gin (optional) 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2tbsp balsamic vinegar 1tbsp lemonade powder (only use ones w/ real sugar) 2 tsp sea salt 1 tsp white pepper 1tsp garlic powder 1tsp ground chipotle chile 1tsp ground ginger 1tsp dry mustard
Preparation:
use a wire whisk to blend in a large bowl, until all spices are dissolved. This sauce works great on any type of pork or beef. Paint thinly over meat prior to grilling. If you are smoking, do not apply until the second half of the estimated smoking time. **This can also be used as a dipping sauce for pretzels and pickles. a great addition to a sandwich as well.
