GW's BBQ Spice

Ingredients:
½ Cup granulated cane sugar
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup seasoned salt
¼ cup garlic powder
2 tbsp celery salt
2 tbsp onion salt
½ cup sweet Hungarian paprika
¼ cup chili powder
¼ cup freshly ground pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper


Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Place in air tight container and store in a cool dark place for up to 1 year. This is a great spice for anything that goes on a grill. You don’t need a lot. for an added twist, try adding one of your favorits spices(dill or corriander works great). This spice is great for roasted potatoes too.
