Ingredients:
4 oz. cream cheese, softened; 3 T. butter, softened; 1-1/2 C. powdered sugar; 1/2 tsp. vanilla; Juice of 1/2 lemon; 3 T. chopped pecans (opt.)
Preparation:
Combine in order until free of lumps; adding nuts last and a bit of milk if too dry. Good on carrot cake, spice cake, muffins or cupcakes.
