Coconut Frosting
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
One 13 oz. can evaporated milk; 1/2 C. butter; 1 C. sugar; 3 egg yolks; 1 tsp. vanilla; 1-1/4 C. coconut

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except coconut in a saucepan; cook for 12 minutes on medium until thick; remove from heat and stir in coconut. Good on chocolate cake, white or yellow cake.
