Preparation:
Mix sugar and egg whites. Add pecans. Melt butter in edged cookie sheet. Spread pecan mixture on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool, separate, store in container. Use a pizza pan if your cookie sheet has no edge.
