Zucchini Nut Loaf

Ingredients:
3 eggs, beaten; 2 C. grated zucchini; 1 c. oil; 1-3/4 C. sugar; 3 C. flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 T. vanilla; 1 tsp. baking powder; 3 tsp. cinnamon and dash nutmeg; 1 C. chopped nuts

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Fill 1/2 full and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
