Ingredients:
1 C. warm water; 1 envelope yeast; 1/2 C. sugar; 2 T. instant potatoes ^^ FEEDER: 3/4 C. sugar; 3 T. instant potatoes; 1 C. warm water
Preparation:
Mix in plastic or glass container with lid placed on top. Do not seal. Let sit for 48 hours on counter, then feed and let sit another 12 hours. After first feeding, place in refrigerator. Must be fed at least every 5 days. Must use wooden or plastic utensils.
