Sour Cream Nut Bread
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
2 C. flour; 1 tsp. salt; 1 C. walnuts, chopped; 1 egg; 1 C. brown sugar; 1 C. sour cream; 3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation:
Sift dry ingredients (flour and salt). In another bowl, beat egg and add brown sugar. Stir baking soda into sour cream and add to sugar mixture. Add dry ingredients and nuts. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
