Ingredients:
1 C. mashed bananas; 3/4 C. vegetable oil; 1/2 C. sugar; 1 box yellow cake mix; 5 eggs; 1 tsp. vanilla; 3 T. brown sugar; 1/2 C. chopped pecans; 1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation:
Combine ingredients in order given. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Raisins and chopped apple are optional.
