Prune Orange Bread
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
3 C. Bisquick; 1/2 C. sugar; 1 T. orange rind, grated; 1 C. prunes, cooked and cut up; 1 egg; 2/3 C. milk

Preparation:
Combine Bisquick, sugar and orange rind. Add prunes. In another bowl, mix egg and milk and stir into other mixture; blend well. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
