Ingredients:
3 eggs; 1 C. milk; 1 C. flour; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 T. butter, melted
Preparation:
Grease muffin pan. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk and flour. Fill muffin pan 2/3 full (or custard cups). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce heat to 350 degrees for 15 minutes more. Do not open oven until done.
