Ingredients:
1/2 C. sugar; 1/3 C. butter; 1/3 C. honey; 2 eggs; 1-1/3 C. bran cereal; 1-1/3 C. flour; 2 tsp. baking soda; Dash of salt; 1 C. evaporated milk; 1 C. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation:
Cream sugar, butter and honey; add remaining ingredients and mix gently. Fill muffin papers 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 18.
