Orange Nut Bread
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
3 C. flour, sifted; 1-1/2 C. chopped pecans; 1-1/4 C. sugar; 4 tsp. baking powder; 1/2 tsp. salt; Grated orange peel (1 orange); 3 eggs, beaten; 1-1/2 C. milk; 1/3 C. salad oil

Preparation:
In a bowl, mix first 6 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk and salad oil. Add wet to dry ingredients. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
