Little Applesauce Muffins
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1/2 C. butter, softened; 1/2 C. sugar; 2 eggs, beaten; 2 eggs, beaten; 3/4 C. applesauce; 1-3/4 C. flour; 1 T. baking powder; 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs until fluffy. Add applesauce. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture. Spoon into mini-muffin pan (greased). Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Dip tops of warm muffins in melted butter, then cinnamon sugar.
