Cranberry Muffins

Ingredients:
2 C. flour; 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. baking soda; Dash of salt; 1 C. sugar; 1 egg, beaten; 1/2 C. orange juice; 2 T. butter, melted; 2 T. hot water; 1 C. raw, whole cranberries; 1 C. chopped nuts
Preparation:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar. Set aside. Mix egg, orange juice, butter and water. Combine with dry ingredients. Fold in mashed cranberries and nuts. Fill muffin papers 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
