Coconut Corn Bread
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 C. flour; 1 C. cornmeal; 2 T. sugar; 4 tsp. baking powder; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. cinnamon; 2 eggs; 1 C. milk; 6 T. butter; 1 C. coconut

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and bake in a deep-dish pie plate or a 9" square pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
