Blueberry Shortcake Muffins
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
2 C. Bisquick; 1/4 C. sugar; 1/2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 C. sour cream; 1 egg, beaten; 1 C. blueberries; Granulated sugar

Preparation:
Combine Bisquick, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Add sour cream, egg and beat with a fork. Fold in blueberries gently. Fill muffin papers 2/3 full and sprinkle tops with sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12.
