Ingredients:
2 C. flour; 3 tsp. baking powder; 1/4 tsp. salt; 1/2 C. sugar; 1 C. milk; 1 egg, beaten; 1/2 stick butter; 1 C. fresh blueberries
Preparation:
Sift dry (first 4) ingredients twice. In another bowl, combine milk, egg and melted butter. Add dry to wet ingredients (not too much). Fold in blueberries and fill muffin tins or mini-muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 or 24 (regular or mini).
