Cauliflower or Broccoli Cheese Bake by: The Tin Bin
Ingredients:
1 large bag (20 oz.) frozen broccoli or cauliflower; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/2 C. milk; 1/2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1/4 C. buttered bread crumbs.
Preparation:
Cook and drain broccoli or cauliflower. Place broccoli or cauliflower in deep-dish pie plate. In a bowl, combine soup, milk and cheese; pour over veggies. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Recipe can be doubled.
