Ingredients:
10 thick tomato slices; 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese; 2 T. butter; 1/2 C. soft bread crumbs; 2 T. fresh parsley, minced; Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Combine ingredients except tomatoes. Arrange slices on a broiler pan. Spread mixture on tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Broil until golden brown.
