Ingredients:
4 medium sweet potatoes; 1 small banana (ripe); 1/4 C. orange juice; 2 T. brown sugar; 1/2 tsp. nutmeg; 3 T. butter, soft; 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning; 1/4 C. chopped pecans
Preparation:
Bake or microwave sweet potatoes until soft, cool. Cut in half and scoop out flesh; set shells aside. Mash potatoes and banana together; stir in rest of ingredients except pecans. Spoon mixture back into shells and sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
