Ingredients:
8 redskin potatoes, cooked and cubed; 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed; 1 C. mayonnaise; 1 small onion, chopped; Salt and pepper to taste; 6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
Preparation:
Toss all ingredients except bacon. Arrange in shallow baking dish. Cover with crumbled bacon and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
