Ingredients:
8 oz. macaroni, uncooked; 4 T. butter; 1/2 C. flour; 2-1/2 C. milk; 1 tsp. dry mustard; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 C. shredded Cheddar cheese; 1 C. seasoned bread crumbs; 1/2 stick butter; Paprika
Preparation:
Cook and drain macaroni. Make a white sauce with butter, flour and milk. Add dry mustard and season to taste. Combine cooked macaroni, white sauce mixture and shredded Cheddar cheese. Arrange in a shallow greased baking dish. Top with bread crumbs tossed with 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle top with a bit of paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
