Baked Corn
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
1 can (Cope's) dried corn, drained; 2 eggs, beaten; 1-1/2 T. sugar; 1 T. flour; 1 C. milk, scalded; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 T. butter, melted

Preparation:
Recipe can be doubled or tripled for the big family gatherings. Place corn in greased shallow baking dish or deep-dish pie plate. Add beaten eggs. Mix in a bowl the flour, sugar and salt and stir into corn and eggs; add hot milk and butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes; reduce to 300 degreees if getting too brown.
