Chicken and Stuffing Bake
by: The Tin Bin 

Ingredients:
4 C. herb seasoned cubed stuffing; 1/2 C. boiling water; 1 T. butter; 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts; Paprika; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1/3 C. milk

Preparation:
Mix stuffing with boiling water and butter. Spoon stuffing across center of 3-quart shallow baking dish. Place chicken on each side of stuffing and sprinkle with paprika. Mix soup, milk and parsley and pour over chicken. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes.
