Ingredients:
1 C. uncooked rice; 1 can cream of celery soup; 1 can cream of mushroom soup; 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix; 1-1/2 soup can milk; Salt and pepper to taste; 1 chicken, cut up; Sliced mushrooms (opt.)
Preparation:
Arrange chicken in a shallow baking dish; salt and pepper the meat. Combine rice, sliced mushrooms, soups and milk; pour over chicken; sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, at 250 degrees for 3 hours.
