Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts; Salt and pepper to taste; 6 slices Swiss cheese; 1/2 C. water or white wine; 1 stick butter; 1 can cream of chicken soup; 2 C. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation:
In a shallow baking dish, arrange chicken topped with cheese. Mix soup and water (or wine) and pour over chicken. Mix stuffing and butter and sprinkle over the top. Bake at 300 degrees for 1-1/2 hour.
