Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef; 1 onion, minced; 1-1/2 C. milk; 3/4 C. Bisquick; 3 eggs; Salt and pepper to taste; 2 tomatoes, sliced; 6 to 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation:
Brown beef and onion; drain. Arrange in deep-dish pie plate. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper for 15 seconds in a blender; pour over beef. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Top wiht tomato slices arranged in a circle and shredded cheese. Bake 8 more minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
