Ingredients:
1/2 stick butter; 2 C. sliced mushrooms; 1/2 C. chopped onion; 3 T. flour; 2 C. beef broth; 3 C. cooked roast beef or steak; 2 C. sour cream plus 2 T. sherry; Salt and pepper to taste; Cooked noodles.
Preparation:
In a large skillet, melt butter and saute onion; add mushrooms and cook until tender. Sprinkle with flour; add broth and sliced beef or steak; season to taste and cook until thick. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream. Spoon over cooked noodles.
