Broccoli Cashew Salad

Ingredients:
4 bunches broccoli (florets only); 2 bunches scallions, diced; 1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled; 10 oz. cashews, halved; 2 C. mayonnaise; 1/2 C. sugar; 1/4 C. vinegar
Preparation:
Place first 4 ingredients in large bowl. In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Toss well and chill until ready to serve.
