Ingredients:
2 T. butter; 1 lb. kielbasa, sliced 1/2" thick; 1 C. chopped onion; 2 C. chopped celery (with leaves); 4 C. shredded cabbage; 2 C. sliced carrots; 1/2 tsp. dried thyme; 1 bay leaf; 2 tsp. salt; 1-1/2 C. beef bouillon; 5 C. water; 3 C. diced cooked potatoes
Preparation:
In a large kettle, melt butter and add kielbasa, onions and celery; cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients except potatoes. Cover and simmer 1-1/2 hour; add potatoes and heat thoroughly. Serves 8. Do not freeze.
