Ingredients:
1-1/2 C. boiling water; 3 C. diced potatoes; 1/2 C. chopped celery; 1 hard boiled egg; 1/4 C. chopped onion; 1 tsp. parsley flakes; 1/2 tsp. salt; Dash pepper; 1 chicken bouillon cube; 2 T. flour; 2 C. milk; 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation:
Cook potatoes, celery, onions, parsley, seasonings and bouillon cube. Blend flour with small amount of milk. Add rest of milk and cook until thick. Add Velveeta cheese, cubed, and stir until melted. Add chopped egg. Simmer 10 minutes.
