Ingredients:
6 slices Canadian bacon; 6 slices Swiss cheese; 6 eggs; 2 C. light cream; Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In an 8x12" baking dish, put 6 slices Canadian bacon. Cover bacon with Swiss cheese slices. Break 6 eggs over bacon and cheese. Pour cream over whites until yolks peek through. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 10 more minutes.
